These general terms of use ("Terms") govern the use of the website airshowdisplay.fr (the "Site") operated by Guillaume Noguera, sole proprietor, registered with the Tarascon Trade Register under number 834 811 440, headquartered at 60 avenue de la République, 13310 Saint-Martin-de-Crau, France (the "Publisher"). Browsing the Site implies full and unreserved acceptance of these Terms.
Airshow Display is a community platform dedicated to airshows: it lists events, flying displays, aerobatic teams, news, live broadcasts and interactive maps, and allows users to follow entities, submit contributions and take part in contests (photo contests in particular).
Access to public content is free and unrestricted. Some features (content submission, follows, bookmarks, newsletter, contests) require creating a user account. The Site is available 24/7, except in case of force majeure, scheduled maintenance or unplanned technical interruption. The Publisher shall not be held liable for any unavailability.
Creating an account requires a valid e-mail address, a nickname and a password. The User warrants the accuracy of the information provided and undertakes to keep credentials confidential. Any action carried out from an account is deemed to have been performed by its holder. The User may delete their account at any time from the settings; effective deletion occurs within 30 days (see Privacy Policy).
The Site is intended for users aged 15 or over (French digital consent age). Minors must obtain prior authorisation from their legal guardian before creating an account, publishing content or subscribing to the newsletter.
Users retain ownership of the content they publish (photos, texts, event submissions, line-ups, contest entries). By publishing on the Site, they grant the Publisher a non-exclusive, free, worldwide licence to use, reproduce, adapt and distribute such content in connection with the operation of the Site, its applications, newsletter, social media and communication materials, for the full legal duration of the relevant rights. Users warrant that they hold the necessary rights on the content they publish and that it does not infringe third-party rights.

Any breach may lead to immediate suspension or termination of the account, without notice or compensation, and without prejudice to any legal action.
All elements of the Site (graphic charter, logos, trademarks, texts, databases, source code, illustrations, editorial videos) are protected by copyright, trademark law and database rights. Any total or partial reproduction, representation, distribution or exploitation without prior written authorisation from the Publisher is strictly prohibited (Articles L.335-2 et seq. of the French Intellectual Property Code).
Newsletter subscription is free and based on the User's explicit consent. Each mailing includes an immediate unsubscribe link. The Publisher may also send Users transactional e-mails related to the operation of the service (account validation, password reset), which are not commercial in nature.
The Site may display advertising slots (notably via Google AdSense and the IAB TCF 2.2 standard) as well as affiliate links (Amazon, Impact, travel and equipment partners). Some links may generate a commission for the Publisher at no additional cost to the User. The management of advertising and analytics cookies is described in the Cookie Policy.
The processing of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy. Users will find there in particular the categories of data collected, the purposes, legal bases, retention periods, recipients and the means of exercising their rights.
Some contests organised on the Site (photo contests, games, prize draws) are subject to specific rules that prevail over these Terms for their own arrangements (participation conditions, timing, prizes, jury). Taking part in a contest implies acceptance of its rules.
Information about airshows (dates, line-ups, schedules, broadcasts) is provided for information only. It comes from public sources or contributors and may be modified by organisers without notice. The Publisher shall not be held liable for the consequences of any travel or ticket purchase based on this information. Users are invited to check with the official source before making any commitment.
The Site may link to third-party sites (organisers, partners, social networks, video platforms). The Publisher exercises no control over such content and shall not be held liable for their availability, accuracy or data practices.
The Publisher may amend these Terms at any time to reflect service, regulatory or organisational changes. The last update date appears at the top of this document. Substantial changes will be notified to registered Users.
These Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute relating to their interpretation or performance shall, failing amicable resolution, fall within the exclusive jurisdiction of the French courts.
