The Aviatická Pouť is a renowned air show that takes place every year in the Czech Republic, mainly at Pardubice airport. The event is dedicated to the history of aviation, combining aerial demonstrations of vintage and modern machines with impressive historical re-enactments. Established in 1991, the Aviatická Pouť attracts not only aviation enthusiasts, but also families and the curious who come to admire the prowess of the pilots and the diversity of the aircraft on display. The program includes flights of legendary aircraft, such as World War I biplanes or World War II fighters, alongside modern military and civilian aircraft. Highlights include re-enactments of aerial battles, accompanied by pyrotechnic effects for total immersion in the action. The on-site atmosphere is enhanced by static displays and ground animations, allowing visitors to see the aircraft up close and talk to the crews. This air show is a fascinating journey through the history of aviation.
