The meeting is cancelled due to bad weather.
Created in 2014, to commemorate the centenary of the Battle of the Marne, Meaux Airshow, which was originally called the "Fête Aérienne du Centenaire", has rapidly become one of the must-see aerial events in France and Europe. No fewer than 40,000 spectators are expected to attend the next edition on Sunday alone.
In addition to the air show, spectators will find a wide range of ground-based activities, including more than 200 re-enactors from the 2 wars, vocal and musical groups, an impressive exhibitors' village and a free tour of the aircraft park on Sunday morning.
From the outset, Les Ailes du Pays de Meaux, the organizing association, wanted to enable a wide public to attend the event, by offering special access conditions at very low prices, without penalizing families or people on low incomes.
The 2024 edition will pay tribute to all the women who have made and are making aviation.
