The planes will fly over the beaches of Santiago de la Ribera, with San Javier aerodrome as their base of operations and flights, but, of course, observation points can be found all over the Mar Menor. The idea is for this to be an annual event, and on the first weekend of May each year, this event will take place to celebrate the rich aeronautical tradition and history of San Javier.
