[CANCELLATION] Roissy Meaux Airshow cancelled due to poor weather conditions
With less than a week to go before the event, we have some bad news: the Meaux Airshow team has announced in a press release that they are unable to hold the event scheduled for 23 June 2024.
The poor weather conditions over the last few days have made it impossible to make the field practicable. Continuous rainfall is not only preventing the organisers from setting up the statics for the airshow, but also from using the runways in good conditions. Unfortunately, the weather forecast for the rest of the week does not look set to improve.
It's important to remember that public safety and flight safety are paramount at airshows.
