The start of our 60th anniversary of air shows begins with our Best of British Air Show on May 12th!

A popular event in previous years, our Best of British Air Show commemorates the history of aviation and automotive technology in Britain, and its influence around the world. Shuttleworth is proud to be home to Britain's oldest airworthy aircraft, planes that played their part in defending the British skies, as well as racers, gliders, motor vehicles and agricultural equipment that could all be classed as the very best of what this country has created. .

The day will include exciting aerial demonstrations from the Shuttleworth collection of vintage aircraft, as well as spectacular performances from a host of visitors joining us from across the UK.

Shuttleworth air shows are perfect for all ages, with ground attractions, our discovery zones, and delicious food and drink available throughout the Shuttleworth site.

To get away from the noise and bustle of the airfield, why not pay a visit to our partner RHS Swiss Garden, which will be open all day for a more relaxing change of scenery.
